New Facility At The Yogyakarta Adisutjipto Airport

Yogyakarta (29/04) - There is a new look on the service in Adisutjipto airport. Passengers can enjoy the latest features of the PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Yogyakarta Adisucipto Airport. Wednesday (27/04), two units of environmentally friendly vehicles Golf Car has operated as Shuttle Car for Free which functioned as a service facility to assist passengers to and from Terminal A and Terminal B.

"Alhamdulillah this vehicle is very helpful, especially for passengers like me, with a lot of luggage and I'm not able to walk because of leg injury," Wahyu said, a passenger who got off in the Terminal A drop zone area heading to Terminal B.

Golf Car is capable of carrying 3 passengers (adults) and their luggage with maximum loads on a vehicle about 454 kg. In addition, this car is an Eco Car which environmentally friendly vehicle cause it does not emit. Passengers can find the shuttle car in the area after the drop zone of Terminal A, on the first flight schedule until the last flight.

Other new facility also as particular concern to passengers is a "receptacle" that exist on the seats in the departure lounge. This time passengers can charge on their communication tools or gadgets from each seat while waiting for the boarding call. Yudha, a passenger to Jakarta, admitted, greatly assisted by the new facilities are kept in service. "I've been to Yogyakarta on duty tasks and the events are usually just finished at night. I have not had a time to charge my phone. Then I thought, well, later in the airport, I can charge while sitting 'anteng' (calm) in my seat now," Yudha said when asked.
